A 20+ year veteran of River Communications, Troy provides strategic communications, corporate positioning, and reputation management counsel to a wide range of leading global financial institutions based in the U.S. and overseas.

Previously, he served as Assistant to the Chairman at The Lukaszewski Group and Communications Coordinator in the New York State Assembly. He received a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Albany.

SECRET PASSION: With his college varsity lacrosse days firmly behind him, Troy now spends his weekends coaching and chauffeuring his sons to lacrosse tournaments throughout the Northeast.
